About My Approach
Since 2019, I have been helping clients find their optimal wellness through developing a deeper understanding of their habits and lifestyle choices. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I aim to create a life balance that prioritizes your well-being and celebrates all aspects of your true self.
Clients in the past have improved their wellness in the areas of: nutrition, movement, alcohol, smoking, diabetes, hypertension, weight loss, cholesterol, relationships, organization, etc. Any area where health and wellness can be improved is up for discussion in health and wellness coaching. Generally, I meet weekly with clients for a period of 10-12 weeks (long enough to establish a new habit(s) and make it sustainable within their lives). Some clients stay with me much longer than that, but not most. My goal is to help clients understand, learn, and implement the process of making sustainable changes that will improve their health and/or wellbeing, now and forever.
