My personal healing experience has led me on a journey through studies of eating habits and related diseases, and ultimately inspired me to become a health and wellness coach. Along this path, I have come to believe in our innate capacity for personal change while developing a strong desire to help others live their best life.
I have helped clients reverse disease processes, lose weight, and eliminate toxic substances and relationships by providing each with unconditional positive support as they establish self-directed, lasting changes designed to suit their specific needs. My non-judgmental encouragement creates a respectful space for you to transform yourself into the person you aspire to be.
I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and have spent many years working in nutrition and epidemiology research at the University of North Carolina.
